Attività:
- Engage in the financial management of the team which includes Time Management (Data quality and consistency, exception reports), Finance (Billing including end to end invoicing process, Budget including Forecast update), Portfolio Management (Resource Allocation, Project portfolio updates)
- Implement improvements to the existing and upcoming financial processes (automation, optimization, quality)
- Prepare and contribute in the preparation and execution of presentation and reports
- Participate in team meetings by producing minutes and presentation materials Support and suggest improvements to our communication efforts internally and externally
- Support management of various Team’s activities including Team events, Visitors trip agenda
Requisiti principali:
- - Academic Degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Proficient with MS Office software
- Be result driven and able to deliver results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great Team Spirit
