Business Continuity Plan – work on 2/3 specific projects identified at the beginning of the internship

• Support the business in securing materials through leading supplier validation or reformulation projects
• Monitor progress of projects
• Report and communicate results to buyers, stakeholders and Management

Productivity Program – work on 1/2 specific projects identified at the beginning of the internship

• Support the business in achieving cost savings through leading productivity projects
• Monitor progress of projects
• Report and communicate results to buyers, stakeholders and Management

Sustainability

• Build a supplier/material database to facilitate sustainability projects consolidation for Procurement function

Quality

• Consolidate a supplier/material information related to new regulation on contaminants

Spend Data & Analysis

• Consolidate data from complete network - 23 supply points across Europe, Asia and Americas
• Complete analysis and forecast cycles for each supplier
• Communicate results and forecasts to the appropriate factories
• Support in price forecasting exercise.

• You are a Bachelor’s/Master’s student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or another related field.
• You are highly motivated and proactive.
• You have strong communication skills and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
• You are a self-starter, curious, and you are not afraid to share your opinion or ask questions when needed.
• You have proficient knowledge of Excel that can be used for efficient data analysis, and analytical skills to transform data into useful insights.
• Also, you are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment that continuously challenges you.

 There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp, NL (Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN number).
