Attività:
- Calculate performance metrics using established KPI framework, dashboards and formulas
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards in support of IATA’s safety risk management framework and Quality Assurance metrics
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading Quality Assurance documentation
- Support maintenance of SharePoint based platform
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Support performance oversight activities with data analytics
- Support ad-hoc projects and team initiatives (surveys, audits, etc.).
Requisiti principali:
- - Recent university graduate with bachelor’s degree, or in the process of completing a graduate degree
- Natural interest about the aviation industry, with a strong interest in airline safety and digital transformation
- Familiar with data visualization and analysis tools. Proficient in using Power BI, MS Excel, SharePoint and Power Point
- Sharepoint Power Automate is a strong plus
- Survey Monkey is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented.
