You will work closely with a CI specialist and CI manager: our exciting mission is to explore and monitor evolution of consumers’ mindset, usages, expectations when it comes to mobility and automotive. Your core missions:

• 60%: execution of various in-house consumer research projects (80% quantitative, 20% qualitative):
  • Use of quantitative survey tools (online survey platforms and excel) for survey set-up and data collection
  • Analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Creation of impactful and storytelled presentation of results & communicating the results for diverse audiences
• 20%: Contribution to the Social Listening activity: research queries, data analysis
• 20%: Desk research: Mining existing internal data and secondary research (external data) and analyze trends for new services and business models in mobility and automotive industry
• Other contributions : CI monthly newsletter, develop presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Social sciences, Economics, Sociology, or Industrial Engineering combined with Management.
• Good knowledge of research methods and their business applications.
• Previous experience in market research, agency-side ideally.
• Rigorous, with strong attention to details and organizational skills plus a demonstrated ability to deal with multiple projects at once.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint data and charting capabilities.
