There are currently two (2) available internship slots, which focus on product management and support in the area of Search, Cross Checking, (Self-)Data Management and Identity and Access Management.
Based on the profile of the successful candidates, the selected intern(s) will be assigned to one of the internship projects listed below:

1. Business Product Management support in the area of Identity and Access Management and support for the implementation of the Europol IM Strategy
2. Business Product Management support in the area of Search, Cross Checking and (Self-) Data Management and support for the implementation of the Europol IM Strategy.

Experience (in academic or professional settings):

• Experience in product management activities;
• Experience in meeting and event organisation;
• Experience in creating and updating learning materials and user guides;
• Experience in creating communication and promotional materials.

Subject knowledge/education:

• Completed university studies or vocational training in the field of IM/ICT or any other relevant field;
• Knowledge of information management tools and systems;
• Knowledge of product and project management methodologies.

General competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing;
• Very good time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines/under pressure;
• Proficient user of IT applications in general and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently;
• Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
