Attività:
- Support digital innovation processes to understand and define problems in order to find the best possible solution.
- Learn about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and support implementation and testing of use cases.
- Support the operations of digital solutions, gathering insights, creating reports or building dashboards.
- Get insights into User Experience design (UX) and support user and customer experience projects.
- Support the team with everyday tasks.
- Prepare documents, presentations and organize meetings.
Requisiti principali:
- - You are an enrolled student (preferably in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, UX Design or similar).
- You are confident working with MS Office tools.
- You have great teamwork and communication skills.
- You have already first experience in the field of software development, process automation and/or UX design.
- You can think analytically and have great organizational skills.
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
