You want to identify the gaps in our business processes, with a view of enhancing and optimising them for greater efficiency and effectiveness. You’re interested in seeing how various different business functions work together within a global software company. You are keen to learn about our value chain, starting at marketing, going to sales, then to, procurement and onto implementation and ultimately customer success and support. You’re comfortable to work on your own at times, perhaps on ad hoc reports and improvement efforts but are equally comfortable collaborating and working as part of a team.

• You have just finished your final year of your degree in any field of study in 2024 that relates to business management.
• Strong MS Office user
• You would thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing start up environment demonstrating a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• You’re not afraid to make a mistake.
• Academic experience of, and a strong interest in, business strategy. 
• Ability to perform research and present research findings.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Good excel and data analysis skills.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to learn quickly. 
• Experience is not essential but is a bonus.
