Attività:
- Supporting billing activities related to field service transactions for our customer in the Italian region
- Solving customer complaints regarding our invoices
- Collaborating with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, Cash collection and colleagues from Italy)
Requisiti principali:
- - Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business, Languages and literature, etc.)
- Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
- Strong command of English and Italian (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
- Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result oriented
- Detail oriented personality
