You will support our Global Order to Cash organisation to reach the goals of 2024; here among getting the right governance model in place, organisational anchoring, communicating around O2C strategy, driving results for O2C end-to-end benchmark, structuring sustainable solutions e.g., training platform, and implementation of a new Revenue Management system etc.

Your responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

• Supporting O2C project managers with day-to-day project work (MoM, follow-up on actions, ad-hoc tasks)
• Planning around meetings and onsite events; agendas and booking hotels, meetings, locations
• Preparing PPT presentations, and sales videos for project material
• Improving communication around the project and strategic solution
• Driving own workstream with analytical tasks, business case calculations, and scenario reviews.

You are a student studying a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field with an interest in Business process design with a global reach. We are looking for a person with a drive to get the day-to-day business processes efficiently while supporting the commercial operation in developing new capabilities and insights for the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Strong analytical skills especially in understanding the business design process 
• Excellent communication skills in translating complex solutions into simple way slides/stories
• Flair for technology, process management, and interdepartmental collaboration
• Fluency in both written and verbal English.

Preferably you have:

• Knowledge/exposure to Order to Cash process in SAP: Order Management, Credit Management, Order Fulfilment, Order Shipping, Customer Invoice, Account Receivable, Payment Collection & Reporting and Data Management
• Experience in SAP Sales & Distributions or Material Management module as a user
•  Experience with IT projects.
