Attività:
- Exposed to the regular core functions of the Division and as such shall have the opportunity to observe the day-to-day operations and engage in on-the-job training in specific actions delegated by the Supervisor.
- Engaged in a specific self-contained assignment described below:
- Support in conducting research and provide inputs to strategic documents, including policies and strategies, and due diligence reports;
- Contribute to the development of a communication strategy and contents to promote the Division’s mandate;
- Assist in collecting data for the Division’s partnerships databases; and
- Contribute to the identification and planning for partnership events.
- Other Special emerging Projects that may enhance the learning experience of the Intern.
Requisiti principali:
- - Education: Enrolled in a university degree programme; or begin the internship within one year of completing a university degree; or completed a university degree and be sponsored as part of an academic or development programme.
- Field of specialization: economics, environmental engineering, sustainable development, law, corporate governance, management studies, media and communication.
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
- Other skills: research, data visualization and social media skills, event management.
