Attività:
- Assist in the completion of monthly/Quarterly Reporting Pack preparation.
- Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
- Assist in managing cash and Portfolio Reconciliations.
- Assist in managing income and Expense Accruals.
- Assist in Capital Activity processing (calls/distributions/transfers).
- Assist in management Fee and Waterfall calculations.
- Assist in the preparation and review trial balances.
- Assist in Financial Statement preparation with footnotes.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the timing and quality of client deliverables (SLAs).
- Assist in liaising with various internal/external parties e.g. auditors.
- Interact directly with senior management and clients with appropriate escalation.
- Assist in coordinating with Onboarding team, Tax group, Investor Relations group, Financial Statement group, and other groups at Citco.
- Assist in preparation and review of capital calls, distributions, and statements.
- Assist in the review of private equity fund clients limited partnership agreements, PPMs, and other materials.
- Assist in the implementation of fund structures on accounting system.
- Assist in the action on ad hoc reports and client requests as needed.
- Engage in local and global group projects.
Requisiti principali:
- - Degree Qualified or currently studying in Finance or Accounting related degree (desirable).
- Strong academic record.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.).
- Display an active interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
