Attività:
- Providing support to the daily activities of the team, notably in policy analyses, organising relevant meetings (e.g. statutory meetings and working groups), seminars/workshops/events, as well as specific related activities (e.g. translations, mailings/calls to members and partners, notes taking, etc.)
- Contributing to the development of external and internal communication activities, including using social media, preparing ad hoc communications, contributing to the design of presentations, maintaining the website, infographics and brochures in cooperation with the CPMR General Secretariat.
- Policy monitoring of key priority areas for EU Transport and Energy dossiers, within the CPMR General secretariat activities and the 2 dedicated working Groups for Transport and Energy. Cooperation projects : possible assistance in the framework of EU funded projects in the areas of Transport and/or Energy.
- Providing general support to other ad-hoc activities that might be identified during the internship (based on the needs of the organisation and the skills and interest of the intern).
Requisiti principali:
- - University degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant area (European Affairs, Law, International Relations, Political Science, Transport, Maritime or Energy);
- University training agreement compulsory;
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and working proficiency of French;
- Experience in programme and project management, events organisation and/or community management;
- High interest in regional policies such as in the areas of transport, energy and other European related policies;
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills regarding e.g. contacts with Members, and a flexible and positive team player spirit.
