Attività:
- Assist in exploring and potentially setting up a new system to streamline People & Culture processes.
- Support existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancements.
- Support data management, reporting, and insights to improve decision-making
- Create guides, FAQs, and training materials to support system users
- Learn and support the L&D, Compensation & Payroll and the People Experience team with both project and daily ad hoc task.
Requisiti principali:
- - A passionate student currently pursuing a degree in HR
- Passionate about HR technology, systems, and digital transformation
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRIS, data, and digital tools
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in a global organization
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
