Attività:
- General support to Global Programmes and Events Team and to the rest of the growth marketing team in terms of live events.
- Support the development of the digital marketing campaigns: creatives; emails, landing page, social media plan…
- SES Delegates management: act as the main point of contact for SES delegate / manage hotel block booking / manage delegate show registrations / update of staff attendance schedule and contact list / meeting room booking management before and during the show / produce event booklet for delegates
- Keep track and provide regular updates of campaign performances and dashboard.
- Extract post-event analytics and create reports.
- Support lead identification and follow-up with lead management team.
- Manage direct contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Internal and External Communications Teams in the preparation, execution, and amplification of news and social media activities.
Requisiti principali:
- - Fluency in spoken and written English (any other language is a plus: Spanish, French, German, Luxembourgish, Portuguese…)
- Current Bachelor / Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication and/or in a relevant technical area (Digital Marketing, Web Management…)
- Excellent IT knowledge: Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Positive, proactive, dynamic, responsible, can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills: ready to work in a challenging international environment.
- Good organization and time management skills: ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines.
