Attività:
- Support in the agile further development of the HUGO BOSS Talent Management landscape as a member of the cross-functional Product Team
- Take over the global IT support of our existing HR systems incl. SAP HCM customizing & SuccessFactors configuration
- Participation in exciting projects including the coordination of project requirements, the fine conception as well as the execution of functional tests.
Requisiti principali:
- - Studying computer science / business informatics or a degree with a focus on HR (Bachelor or Master) and have already successfully completed the first semesters.
- Enthusiastic about HR and want to learn more about processes and systems.
- Work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
- English skills on B1 level.
- Confident in using MS Office.
- Have teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to take the initiative.
