The candidate will support the ESG team in its primary tasks, including but not limited to:

  • 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign: Participate in the preparation and project management of the 2025  ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity.
  • Sustainable Regulatory Requirements: Oversee and coordinate annual ESG and impact reports including regulatory topics (SFDR periodic reports, quarterly and annual dedicated reports…).
  • ESG Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of ESG performance, including ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets.
  • Due Diligence: Help the team complete due diligence questionnaires to assess ESG factors across investment opportunities.
  • Participation in the team's efforts and contribution to strengthening the department: improving tools, implementing effective processes, proposing training initiatives, and enhancing the team's research capabilities by contributing expertise and content on specific sectors and/or themes.
  • Presentation and Material Preparation: Assist in the creation of presentations, as well as legal and marketing materials related to ESG initiatives.

Group-Level Responsibilities:

  • Group Reporting: Support the ESG team in group-wide reporting initiatives, contributing to the overall development and communication of ESG efforts at the firm.
Requisiti principali:
  • Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to approach problems logically and systematically, and to analyze information effectively.
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrating a meticulous approach to tasks, including data entry, report formatting, and documentation, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas: Demonstrating initiative and the ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Possessing a strong sense of urgency and a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent command of MS Office: in particular Excel (ability to use formulas and to manage large files) and Powerpoint, and ability to quickly learn new software tools or platforms used within the organization.
  • Familiarity with ESG-related reporting regulations (SFDR, CSRD) and standards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, EDCI, France Invest would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Reporting tool (R21) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages being considered a plus - in particular Italian, Spanish and German.
  • Strong personal interest for certain sustainability matters.
