Thanks to your academic background in law and interest in privacy-related matters, you will support the Compliance Legal Competence Center and the PMO for Global Legal Operations. Your tasks will include reviewing Data Processing Agreements, supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments, and assisting with the drafting of data protection clauses within service contracts.

You will also contribute to awareness initiatives related to data protection, help strengthen the internal privacy network, and assist in implementing elements of the AI governance framework. Additional responsibilities will include supporting legal operations projects, managing the Ferrero privacy email account, and contributing to coordination efforts for legal meetings, including the drafting of meeting minutes.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

Thanks to your degree in Law and strong interest in data protection, European law, IT law, and contract law, you will be able to contribute effectively to legal activities related to privacy and digital regulation. Your understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation, the EU AI Act, and the Data Governance Act will support your involvement in related projects.

You will work in an international environment where fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills will help you collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail will support the daily coordination and follow-up of legal operations.

Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn will be appreciated in managing evolving topics such as emerging technologies and AI. Familiarity with IT tools and systems will be considered an asset in this context.
