Attività:
- Utilize Advanced Search Techniques: Conduct Boolean searches and use X-ray techniques to find candidate profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Leverage Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content and campaigns on social media to attract potential candidates to our company and opportunities.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Participate in industry forums, online tech communities, and local meetups to network with potential candidates and learn more about where top talent congregates.
- Implement Talent Mapping: Assist in mapping talent pools in specific tech areas by researching and compiling information on potential candidates and industry trends.
- Craft Targeted Messaging: Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns that effectively communicate opportunities and engage technical talent.
- Competitive Analysis: Research competitor hiring practices and market positioning to identify opportunities to differentiate and attract talent.
- Maintain Candidate Database: Assist in organizing and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and potential pipeline candidates.
Requisiti principali:
- - Experience with Talent Sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
