We are looking for enthusiastic young individuals eager to learn and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of present and future generations through their internships with us in the following area: 

 

Project management 

  • Assist in the organization and follow-up of our action plans and internal initiatives. 
  • Support the collection of information and requirements from the teams involved.
  • Participate in our meetings with our vendors, internal stakeholders around the organization and Global Sourcing in Boehringer Head Quarters.
  • Collaborate on improving internal processes and tools.
  • Provide support with daily tasks related to service operations platforms.
  • Support internal communication to provide visibility on tasks.

Campaign management

  • Support the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across global markets.
  • Assist in maintaining visibility into campaign and customer journey plans.
  • Help prepare campaign dashboards and quarterly reports to generate insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and stakeholder touchpoints to understand campaign strategies and execution processes.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other DU teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Learn how to connect internal customers with the right service experts within the Delivery Unit.
  • Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requisiti principali:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields. 
  • High level of English
  • It is essential to be able to establish an official internship agreement with the University or educational institution. 
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools
  • Nice to have: knowledge on Jira, ServiceNow or Agile methodologies
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and methodical; strong organizational skills
