You will support the Investment Committee secretary, ensuring Capex governance is maintained and kept up to date. Acting as the Group focal point for SAP-IM management, you will manage the approval flow matrix and cost objects, while ensuring consistency across systems.

Thanks to your attention to detail, you will ensure the smooth flow of information between the Investment Committee, planning, and reporting functions. You will also verify alignment between the closure database and the Group's investment policy, supporting efficient financial and compliance processes. Additionally, you will assist with budgeting, budget restatement and PS3 Capex-related activities.

You will prepare data for planning tools and guide local teams in using SAP processes effectively. By providing ad hoc analyses and projections, you will support top management with insights on historical trends and currency impacts.

• To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period.  In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
• You have a degree in Economics, Business, or Controlling, along with some experience in management control, such as an internship or apprenticeship. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and database management is valued.
• With solid organizational and analytical skills, you will approach tasks with both a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset, aiming for results. Strong communication abilities will also help you engage effectively with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and you should be fluent in English.
