Attività:
- support the program managers in defining topics and working on the concept, organization, implementation and follow-up of the "Wolfsberg Dialogue Program" events (mainly in the areas of business, politics and society)
- actively support the Marketing & Business Development team in strategic positioning and external marketing as well as in the development and implementation of projects for UBS and Wolfsberg
- plan and realize social media content on LinkedIn
- process and analyze guest surveys
- create PowerPoint presentations and concepts, and research background information on topics and speakers
Requisiti principali:
- - has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- enjoys working in a dynamic international environment as part of a team
- works in a structured, self-confident and independent manner
- has an excellent command of the German and English language (written and oral)
- is flexible, open and has a cooperative personality
- has good communication skills and is confidence in dealing with colleagues from all levels
- has extensive experience with MS Office
