You will support the HR department in developing, maintaining, and improving data analytics solutions to support strategic HR decision-making. You will also work closely with the Reward & HR Controlling team and HR Functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Participate to the creation, improvement and monitoring of Power BI Dashboards to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, balance) monthly.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.

Data Management & Quality

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the different systems by supporting the implementation of data quality checks and processes.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and data processes.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate and VBA.
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
Requisiti principali:
  • You are/was enrolled in a Master’s degree or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.).
  • You are comfortable with data analytics tool and really enjoy it daily.
  • You are rigorous, and analytical skills are part of your nature.
  • You speak fluently French and English.
  • You are a good listener, curious and bring a collaborative attitude.
  • Excel has no secret for you. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
