Attività:
- Prepare customer facing business reviews and presentations
- Qualify potential clients (prospects), and group business follow up
- Support marketing collaterals creation (eg. invitations, surveys)
- Consolidate client performance analysis & reporting
- Accompany Sales teams to client appointments
- Assist Sales representatives in the organisation of client events
- Support RFP launch and follow up
- Support hotel needs and request
- Comply with all policies, systems and procedures
- Participate in industry events and represent Hilton Worldwide at trade fairs and workshops
- Updates manuals and other department-related documents
- Contributes to the development and performance of the team
Requisiti principali:
- - Must be pursuing a degree (undergraduate or master's) in Tourism / Hotel Management with a mandatory internship requirement
- Must be able to commit to a 900 Hour internship, starting on 1st September 2025 based on 4 working hours per day (AM or PM TBC based on curriculum schedule)
- Must be in possession of an appropriate form of right to work, that will entitle you to undertake an internship in Spain without restriction
- Must be able to speak, read and write English & Spanish fluently – Portuguese will be a plus
- A keen interest in Sales and the Travel / Hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, and a pro-active and organised approach is highly sought after for this role
- A positive, can-do attitude
