Attività:
  • Prepare flavoured food products for customer projects, presentations and/or research projects
  • Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regula-tory, legislation, technical costs)
  • Participate in evaluations of flavours in food applications for briefs, research projects and port-folio evaluations
  • Assist in Managing flavour data and recipe documentation for food products
  • Actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
  • Assist in tasting sessions and presentations to customers/visitors
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with safety policies
  • Collect information from the markets and external sources and prepare data
Requisiti principali:
  • Degree in a relevant Field (eg. Food Science)
  • Interest in Consumer-end Food products and Technology
  • Passion for Food and Tasting new products
  • Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must 
  • Good sense of organization
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
  • A willingness to learn, grow and take initiative
  • Team-focused work style
  • A driven personality with a positive attitude
