• Support the digital team in planning, creating, and executing content across internal and external channels
• Engage in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Manage and optimize content within CMS and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new content and campaigns
• Support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of performance across internal channels, social media, and websites (using tools such as Sprinklr and Google Analytics) 
• Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activities, translating insights into innovative content ideas.

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• Educational background or high level of interest in digital strategy, content strategy, communications, and media relations.
• It is an advantage if you have experience developing websites.
• Experience in content creation and content management, as well as familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr and Meltwater, is considered a merit.
• Experience with Adobe Suite and other visual editing tools.
