Attività:
- Support in preparing and publishing Vacancy Announcements (VAs);
- Disseminating Vacancy Announcement on the ICC social media channels as well as sharing with recruitment partners, such as the UN network, Embassies, etc.;
- Supporting the team with the recruitment selection process, namely in:
- Organizing invitations for various types of assessments, including interviews;
- Assisting with candidates’ eligibility review;
- Assisting with the administration of written assessments;
- Assisting with the drafting of interview assessment reports;
- Assisting with organizing the logistics prior to written assessments or interviews;
- Initiating medical and security clearance processes in collaboration with the relevant partner office;
- Supporting the management of VAs and candidates databases;
- Assisting in targeted sourcing activities;
- Assisting with the organization of the onboarding of selected candidates.
- Assisting in designing communication strategies to support Talent Acquisition activities;
- Participating in Talent Acquisition improvement projects; and,
- Conducting other tasks as needed.
Requisiti principali:
- - All Candidates must have a degree or be in the final stages of a relevant study at a recognized university. Candidates are expected to have a very good record of academic performance. Candidates with a Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration degree are encouraged to apply. Other academic qualifications are welcome.
- Internship placement focuses on candidates in the early stages of their professional careers, therefore, practical experience is not an essential prerequisite for selection. However, practical experience that is relevant to talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, sourcing, human resources management, employer branding and relationship management may be considered as asset. Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience to be considered for an internship.
- Able to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual working environment;
- Possesses strong teamwork skills (listens, consults and communicates proactively);
- Has a good standard of computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications);
- Has a hands-on and proactive approach; and
- Has strong self-management skills.
- Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is required. Working knowledge of the other is desirable.
