Attività:
- Support day‑to‑day Source‑to‑Pay activities, including invoice tracking, data checks, documentation updates, and follow‑ups on open items
- Assist with basic invoice and supplier queries under supervision
- Help prepare and update reports, trackers, and dashboards; perform data accuracy checks and support month‑end or ad‑hoc activities
- Support ongoing process improvement and reporting initiatives, including preparation of materials, presentations, and status updates
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, procurement, and operations and actively participate in trainings and team meetings to build S2P process knowledge.
Requisiti principali:
- - Currently enrolled student in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
- First exposure to finance, accounting, or operations (e.g.internships, university projects, student jobs) is an advantage but not required
- Strong willingness to learn, with good attention to detail and basic analytical skills
- Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines with guidance, and communicate clearly in English
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and standard Office tools.
