Attività:
- Participate in the strategic and financial analysis of direct investment opportunities for the Group’s Balance Sheet.
- Build and maintain financial models, perform valuations, and assist with investment structuring.
- Conduct market screening and research to identify potential investment targets.
- Prepare presentations and briefing notes for senior Management.
- Carry out sector studies and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies) to contribute to project delivery.
Requisiti principali:
- - You are in your first or second year of Masters (business school, engineering school or university) with a first experience in Mergers & Acquisitions / Financing / Transaction Services / Investment.
- You know how to adapt, are autonomous, proactive, curious and are organized.
- You are rigorous and concerned about the respect of confidentiality.
- You have a perfect command of Pack Office and are fluent in English.
