- Evaluate AMHS equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions for AMHS equipment and process optimization.
- Assist in coordinating equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with AMHS engineering and AMHS operations teams to enhance production efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and present operational and engineering data using appropriate tools and software.
- Support process improvements and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
- Develop technical documentation to support AMHS manufacturing processes.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional problem-solving activities to address factory challenges.
Requisiti principali
Minimum Qualifications
- Working toward a bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Mechanical-, Electrical- , Mechatronics-, Manufacturing- , Automation Engineering, or a related discipline ) with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
- Fundamental understanding of manufacturing process control and improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and quality assurance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to PLCs, industrial controls, robotics, or automation systems.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication skills and aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying best practices in manufacturing engineering.
- Interest in exploring future career opportunities through hands-on experience.
- Understanding of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and system performance metrics.
- Interest in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation technologies.
