- Assist with order entry, ensuring accuracy and handling special instructions like special handling and delivery note creation.
- Assist with coordination of inbound transportation by tracking shipments and supporting documentation.
- Support the outbound process, including coordinating the order cycle and deliveries from the warehouse to customers.
- Help execute order cycles, campaigns, and seasonal logistics aligned with the commercial calendar.
- Support with Customer Service & Order Management activities to fulfil wholesale customer requests promptly and accurately.
- Active participation in the documentation process (pictures + descriptions) of pure players customers.
- Assist in return order processing, including tracking, handling claims, and managing invoices.
- Support with B2B platform, assisting users and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requisiti principali
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Language skills (English C1).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
