- Support the team in managing employment cost-related data and documentation
- Assist in preparing and reviewing accruals and reconciliations for employment cost accounts
- Participate in variance analysis and reporting activities under guidance
- Learn to analyze employment costs including social security and personal income taxes
- Gain exposure to international mobility processes and employment cost accounting practices
- Contribute to ongoing projects by identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and departments
- Develop your skills in a dynamic, multinational environment with real impact on business operations.
Requisiti principali
- A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (preferably available for 40 hours per week)
- Proficient English speaker
- Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
- Analytical and logical
- Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage.
