Attività
- Prepare ad hoc analytical reports;
- collaborate with other teams to prepare longer-term analytical reports;
- support recruitment processes by conducting data analysis and benchmarking studies;
- present results and insights to stakeholders and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making;
- support outreach activities, such as career fairs and career presentations to prospective candidates;
- coordinate the creation of employer branding materials.
Requisiti principali
Essential:
- a bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, communications, business administration, law, political science, economics, social and organisational psychology, data science or another relevant field;
- experience using a statistical programming language;
- a good knowledge of/experience in data analysis, visualisation and reporting, as well as the ability to present data in meaningful and engaging ways;
- a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Desired:
- a strong interest in working in a multicultural environment or gaining experience abroad;
- skills in R, Python and/or SQL;
- knowledge of/experience in project and/or event management.
