Assist the team in carrying out the controls defined in the Compliance and Internal Control Plan, as well as in evaluating identified risks and implementing appropriate management measures;
Contribute to the follow up of recommendations issued during the controls;
Contribute to the updating of records to ensure their ongoing compliance;
Contribute to the updating of the Tikehau IM procedures manual and ethics manual;
Contribute to the elaboration of reporting on the activity;
Work in collaboration with the other compliance officers in their various tasks.
Requisiti principali
You are preparing a Master 1 or a Master 2 in compliance, financial law, risk management or finance (gap year internship or end-of-study internship);
You have basic knowledge of the functioning of markets and financial instruments;
You have basic legal skills enabling you to analyse legal texts and financial regulations;
You have a good level of English (oral and written) enabling you to work in an international environment;
You have a good command of the Office package, particularly Excel and Powerpoint;
You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Your rigour and adaptability will be assets to integrate a demanding environment.
