Collaborating closely with the Live Operations team for Social and Engagement products.
Assisting in coordinating, preparing, and following up on live activities.
Contributing to social features, engagement campaigns, and in-game or web-based activations.
Supporting the smooth execution of live operations.
Assisting with configuration, monitoring, and issue tracking tasks.
Facilitating cross-team communication.
Gaining hands-on experience in operating and maintaining live products in production environments.
Requisiti principali
You are a student, you have a good knowledge of web/multimedia services and strong analytical skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
You are a good communicator and demonstrate responsiveness and proactivity.
You understand the technical aspects of a web integration service and communicate effectively with developers and future integrators on development topics.
Familiarity with different project methodologies (agile) and the tools used to implement them (Jira, Confluence, AI, Bug Tracker, Wiki, Checklists) is a plus.
A strong interest in video games is highly appreciated.
