AI & Digital Tool Adoption Support
- Support adoption of AI and productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, Brief.ai, Legora)
- Prepare user guides, FAQs, and how-to documentation
- Collect user feedback and track adoption progress
- Assist in preparing adoption status summaries for management.
Client Portal / Digital Initiatives (Cloud Migration)
- Assist in preparing project materials (slides, summaries, trackers)
- Support documentation and review of functional use cases
- Assist in testing portal features from a user perspective
- Help structure feedback on usability and process alignment.
Requisiti principali
- You are currently studying for a master’s degree in any relevant subjects
- A first internship in the field is a plus
- You are well organized and rigorous
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- You have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- You are fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset.
