Application Support

• Assist with day-to-day support of trading and risk management applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application and data issues.
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
• Monitor interfaces and batch processes.
• Help maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Development & Enhancements

• Assist in developing and maintaining applications, interfaces, and middleware components.
• Support enhancements to existing systems based on business requirements.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Perform data analysis and assist in implementing fixes and minor enhancements.
• Support integrations between ETRM applications and enterprise systems.

Project Work

• Participate in application upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Assist with requirements gathering and technical design activities.
• Support development, testing, and transition to production support.
• Collaborate with global teams on technology initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET development
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server concepts (queries, joins, stored procedures)
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or middleware concepts
• Familiarity with Git or source control tools
• Basic understanding of Windows environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
