- Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about hands-on experimental work
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
